Welcome to Konnectti Music Hub. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Konnectti Music Hub ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read them carefully.

Konnectti Music Hub provides a platform for artists to showcase their talent, collaborate with other artists, attend events and workshops, and connect with the Nigerian music community. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Artist profiles and music sharing
• Collaboration opportunities
• Event listings and registrations
• Workshop registrations
• Rankings and analytics
• Community features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Age Restrictions

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age.

4. User Content

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload, post, or share on Konnectti Music Hub ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in any existing or future media formats for the purpose of providing and promoting our services.

4.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, post, or share User Content that:

• Infringes upon the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights
• Contains illegal content or promotes illegal activities
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive
• Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group
• Contains unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any other form of solicitation
• Contains software viruses or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware

4.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

Konnectti Music Hub and its contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reproduce, or create derivative works based on our services
• Frame or mirror any part of our services without prior written authorization
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods
• Download or copy any account information for the benefit of another party
• Use our services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Engage in any harassing, intimidating, predatory, or stalking conduct
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers or networks connected to our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to parts of the services not publicly available
• Use our services in any way that could harm minors

7. Payments and Subscriptions

We may offer paid services or subscriptions in the future. If you choose to purchase such services, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, with or without notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We do not make any warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content provided through our services or the content of any websites linked to our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Konnectti Music Hub, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our services.
